Hi, I'm Melanie.

If you ask the people who know me best, they'll tell you one thing: I've always loved serving my community.

From food drives and back-to-school events to coat drives, volunteer projects, and community outreach, giving back has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Whether I was lending a hand behind the scenes or helping organize an event, I always walked away with the same feeling—I wanted to do more.

Over the years, I've built businesses, explored new opportunities, and searched for the work that truly aligned with who I am. While each experience taught me something valuable, I never found that one thing that completely lit a fire inside me.

That changed over the last few years.

Working alongside nonprofits, small businesses, veteran organizations, and community leaders, I discovered something incredible. Every time I helped plan an event, build a partnership, or support an organization's mission, I left feeling energized and inspired. It didn't feel like work—it felt like purpose.

That's when everything clicked.

I realized my passion wasn't just marketing.

It was helping people come together to create something bigger than themselves.

That's why I created Intentional Impact.

Born from my marketing company, Intentional Services, Intentional Impact was created to serve as a bridge between nonprofits, businesses, volunteers, veterans, and community organizations throughout Central Texas. Our mission is to help organizations get organized, build meaningful partnerships, plan impactful events, and strengthen the communities they serve.

I believe that every organization has a mission worth sharing, every business has the ability to make a difference, and every person has something valuable to contribute.

When we intentionally come together, our impact reaches further than any one of us could achieve alone.
